2. Refund Period

  • Monthly subscriptions: Full refund available within 7 days of subscription or renewal
  • Annual subscriptions: Full refund available within 14 days of subscription or renewal

3. Refund Eligibility

You are eligible for a refund if:

  • The request is within the refund period specified above
  • You have not extensively used the Platform during the subscription period
  • You experienced a technical issue we were unable to resolve

4. Non-Refundable Cases

  • Refund period has passed (7 days for monthly, 14 days for annual)
  • Cancellation after extensive use of the service
  • Violation of Terms of Service

5. How to Request a Refund

  2. Include your registered email and reason for the request
  3. We will review your request within 3 business days
  4. If approved, the refund will be processed within 5-10 business days via the original payment method

6. Cancellation vs. Refund

Cancellation is different from a refund:

  • Cancellation: You keep features until the end of the current billing period, no further charges
  • Refund: The paid amount is returned and the subscription ends immediately
