1. Introduction

Welcome to Muqtrah («Platform»), operated by Crettiva («Company», «we», «us»). By using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before using our services.

2. Service Description

Muqtrah is a cloud-based platform for creating and managing professional proposals, including:

  • AI-powered proposal creation and design
  • Proposal delivery and tracking
  • Electronic signatures
  • Client management and service modules
  • PDF export

3. Accounts and Registration

When creating an account, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and truthful information
  • Keep your login credentials confidential
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
  • Be at least 18 years of age

4. Subscription Plans and Payment

The Platform offers multiple subscription plans (Free, Starter, Professional, Business). When subscribing to a paid plan:

  • Payments are processed through Moyasar payment gateway
  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
  • You may cancel at any time and retain features until the end of the billing period
  • Prices are in Saudi Riyals (SAR) and may be subject to 15% VAT

5. Intellectual Property

The Company retains all intellectual property rights to the Platform, its design, and source code. Content you create (proposals, client data, service modules) remains your property.

6. Acceptable Use

You must not:

  • Use the Platform for unlawful purposes
  • Attempt unauthorized access to our systems
  • Create multiple accounts to circumvent free plan limits
  • Send abusive or fraudulent content through the Platform
  • Resell or redistribute Platform services without permission

7. Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided “as is” without express or implied warranties. The Company is not liable for:

  • Losses resulting from service interruption
  • Accuracy of AI-generated content
  • Legal validity of electronic signatures (consult a qualified lawyer)

8. Data Protection

We comply with the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL). For more details, see our Privacy Policy.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from account settings.

10. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-platform notification.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Saudi Arabia.
